little update..
I'm still without watches and without money. I sent to PT several emails on 3 of their email addresses and only one who replied was Francis and he is always replying after 72 hours... Whatever, this is not customer friendly support. I know patience, patience, patience. But they were able to send me only 2 email during more than 10 days.Think what you want but this is not a proof of good customer service.
I will wait another 2-3 business days for their reply and then i will have to ask my bank for chargeback.
A good news is that my other two orders came through the UK customs without problems...
