  1. Jose, this is exactly why this place exists ... to share knowledge about watches.

Do some reading here and you'll figure out what we spotted when we said it's not a genuine piece.  There are lots of Tudor threads where we discuss each of those details ad nauseum.

Here is my attempt at a 7016, it's still far from perfect and it took over 2 years to put together.

Gonna bump this because I am on the same topic. Is a ETA 2483 that is in a gen 7016 interchangeable with an ETA 2452? Thats what I figured from reading on Jules Borel at least. But would be nice with some kind of confirmation.  :)

  2. I don't think it's a good franken. The movement is worth money, and I do like that case. But the rest can be much better and more accurate.

$4 to $5 thousand usd? I'd rather have a genuine 1675 - 16710 for about the same money.

And being frugal (cheap!), I love my homemade replica! ;)

The dial I think is of less importance since it is obvious that its a redial. Bezel insert doesnt seem as good as the One your selling?

Bracelet probably isnt gen, the coronet is giving me bad vibes..

Is case/bezel assy phong you guys think?

  3. I think I have to buy 10 gen inserts and try to get this type of shade :D

Or look at it white it fades! Haha

You could probably sell it at VRM afterwards with a decent hour pay, provided that you buy the insert relativly cheap in the first place! Haha
