  1. Here is the new address. http://www.trusty-watch.com
  2. Beautiful watch. Is the red triangle on the bezel a personal modification or something Rolex used on some watches?
  3. K1umin, the link you posted is not working for me. Would you mind sharing the contact info of who you are going to get to service your watch? Thanks.
  4. Rob4092, the acronyms and nicknames are what confused me too. "Noob" really threw me for a loop. I now realize it is a factory.
  5. Very impressive pictures and a beautiful watch too.
  6. Thanks for the detailed response, alligoat. Somehow I missed that last one you posted.
  7. So offense taken, 436NR. Thank you both for your help.
  8. Thanks and I appreciate your input, pcardoza. I have already done enough research to determine that Andrew would be a good dealer to buy from but now I'm just trying to narrow down my choices on his site. I have a genuine Rolex Datejust but have always wanted a Rolex Submariner and a Rolex GMT. I thought it would be interesting to buy good replicas for now. I'm finding that is not as simple as it sounds! Thanks again.
  9. Thank you pcardoza. I tried to do as much research as I could but for somebody new to this it can be very daunting. The more experienced members discuss replica watches using acronyms and other nicknames that only make it more confusing. For example "noob". At first I thought that was slang for "new". Now I realize it is a factory but the dealer sites don't state the factories. So how am I to know if a watch on a dealer site is a "noob"? There are some great reviews on this forum but then when I go to a dealer site I don't know if I'm looking at the watch that was reviewed or not. If this forum is only for experienced members then I'm sorry for asking the question. If the forum is to share knowledge then I thought it was a reasonable question.
  10. Trusty Time has two Swiss movement subs that seem to me to be pretty good replicas. I'm a newby to replicas though and was wondering what others think of these two models. Is one much better than the other? I can't post the links so here is the model numbers on Trusty Time's site. Thanks for your help. ROLSUB0001 ROLSUB108B
  11. I was wondering the same thing. When you need it, where can you get a Rolex rep serviced in the US? I'm located in San Antonio, Texas but wouldn't mind mailing it to someone when the time comes that it needs servicing.
  12. Very nice. Where did you purchase it?
  13. Hi. Thanks for your reply. I didn't think this replica was a ceramic. I could be wrong though. Does someone offer a replica of the 5513 or are you referring to changing out parts? I don't know enough about them or have the skill to modify a replica so I'm just looking for one that is reasonably close to the genuine. Any suggestions for where to buy a replica that I won't have to modify would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  14. Beautiful watch. Which model number is this on Andrew's site?
  15. Hello. I'm new to the forum and have been reading as much information as possible for the last few days. You have a great forum with a wealth of knowledge. I have always liked the look of an old school Rolex Submariner with no date so I have decided to buy a replica of the Rolex 14060. After researching this forum and looking at the various trusted dealer's websites, I have decided on the ROLSUB0009 from Trusty Time. This seems to me to be a pretty good replica of the original with a good movement. I would appreciate any opinions of this watch or any suggestions on another watch. Since I'm new to the forum I can not post a link to the watch but it can easily be found on the Trusty Time site bye searching for ROLSUB0009. Thanks for your help.
  16. Welcome to the forums Landman :)
