It wouldn't be bad if we met to have a beer together.

Bravo Jack ... unfortunately you weren't lucky with the weather, but tomorrow it should be improving. I'm glad you came to Sardinia .... September is the time when many Germans and Swiss come. Many come in caravans with motorcycles.
Are you leaving from Olbia?3 hours ago, dieselpower said:They should fine the local taxi drivers for their fares. When I went to Sardinia the taxi from the airport to the hotel was more expensive than my flight from London to Sardinia!
You're right ... and I'm sorry about that. Unfortunately, for some years now ... the tickets for transport by ship (for those traveling by car) have increased a lot and those by plane have decreased and therefore the rental companies including taxis, have taken advantage to increase the prices a lot prices.

Jack ... are you here in Sardinia?
It seems to me that you are well equipped with beer. -

I was missing this. But I believe that some citizen can make these warnings.
From me to Olbia ... it is now 2 or 3 years that Senegalese or Moroccans have not sold replicas anymore. I bought a milgauss from them about 10 years ago. Those who want to evolve come here in the forum.Certainly in bars you can find authentic beer ...

Thanks mate. We were talking last week about vintage builds that have that certain intangible “something” that puts them over the top. I think this one is right there. Big props to Neckyzips for his artistic eye.
Hi mate...
I agree with what you say ... and then Neckyzips is really a master on the subject. 😉

I really don’t know. It came with the handmade case and the texture, fonts and plots are perfect. Even the chipped chapter ring looks right. The A in SUBMARINER is ever so slightly too pointy but I can live with that.
Perfect ... enjoy it to the fullest.
Cheers.

You’re right Buddha, it’s much more like a 6202 Turnograph case. Good eye. I thought about grinding it flat and decided to leave it as is.
Bravo ... excellent choice. Another curiosity .... Where does the dial come from? It is very well done.

Great job Nanuk ... congratulations.
Everything is excellent, but the profile of the case stands out, typical of a barrel. -

Congratulations for the excellent work.

In Rimini there are few luxury watches ... one of these always sells exclusive pieces.
I believe that PanAm is on sale by this:
