hey vee.. i thought mineral glass arent as prone to breaking as sapphire? :S.. but as to the water drop test.. from wat i can see that the glass is domed? if this is the case sometimes the water drop test dont work as in the case with my 3717 pilot.. it goes to the side when u drop it.. one other way to tell whether its a sapphire or a mineral is to see the clarity? coz with sapphire u can tell its like a real crystal glass (more shiny and clear, other word the glass itself looks very expensive) as for minerals it feels like plastic (u can see greeny tint on it and its not like an expensive watch).. so yeh im not really sure.. but anyway tap it with ur fingernails and hear the sound

lol thats coz its true.. i dont know why ppl say OMG the gen feels so much different.. i walked into an AD with my steelfish.. and the AD straight away said to me take this chronolog with you and see which other ones you like and he started showing me all these breitling.. and coz i bought my rubber strap from him.. he went to me and go.. ohh is that the watch that you bought from us last time? and i was like no i bought a tissot and the rubber strap last time .. then he went ohh why didnt u buy it from us? and i just went yeah my dad bought it for me.. and he just said that's a nice watch isnt it?.. and this is coming from a guy who did his watchmaking in switzerland :S.. eventhough he didnt really inspect it into detail (with loupes and everything).. but i think its that close that you would need a loupe or something similar to know.. ohh the bracelet do feel different but once you changed it to rubber.. its sweet

lol theres a possibility coz my dealer said that it'll be cheaper than the cousteau.. AND SFSO wasn't that expensive.. PLUS tag aquaracer (same movement, and same AR) only costs 280.. so puggy.. i hope ur right!!! and if ur.. i promise ill give u a hug ok? coz i really hope itll be under 300.. i really want this watch so much

yeah thats wat i thought too b16a2.. but then one day (yesterday).. i realised my gf wears hers on the right hand.. then i asked her doesnt that feel uncomfortable? then she said nahh most ppl wear it on the right.. (mind you shes right handed).. so yeh now im curious .. coz i see alot of ppl wear it on the right hand too.. heheheh.. which leads to my next question.. doesnt it feel very annoying wearing it on ur right if ur right handed? :S

theres a lot of watches that cant be replicated :\.. for me i like the hublot too :S right now i really want one.. but i cant spend 800$ even on a rep let alone the gen

hahah i was at an AD.. actually the date window is about the same size.. like with naked eye it looks the very much the same.. but then the datefont.. now that is a big tell.. and notice how the guy said.. this rep might pass an AD? hehehehhehehe i did that once.. and the AD didnt even know if it was fake or not..

lol i think thats wat hes saying.. coz most super reps are repping the cheaper models anyway.. hes saying that rather than getting a super rep he prefers used gen.. unless its something like the AP royal oak in which case even the used gen is far more expensive than a rep.. and if u think about it for models like these there is hardly any super reps.. so the reps for these models are cheaper

thanks for the reply.. yeh i need them tools which i havent got.. thats probably why i couldnt remove it.. i tried using a small (smallest) screwdriver it does fit in the whole.. but for some reason it wouldnt move the pins at all.. i might have to get these tools for next time thanks guys
