This is one of the few PAM reps that is on my radar right now. I like it more every time I see it.
-
I really like this one but not sure I could pull off the 47mm on my 7" wrist.
-
Not liking the wood grain look either. Between this and their Magrette wannabe limited edition Radiomir I wonder if Panerai has jumped the shark.
-
Noob 111 is one of the better reps. Good choice, looks great!
-
Great tutorial, thank you.
-
Carbotech looks great with the exception of the blue accents. It'll be interesting to see if they build a rep of it.
-
All lume should glow blue except the pearl/pip and the minute hand, which should glow green.
-
-
Looks great. A blue Tudor flake is on my want list.
-
My QC pics. Looks ok, right?
It looks good. Is the lume correct?
-
As others have stated: 44mm: 243, 47mm: 364
Still waiting for a PAM024 super rep.

Please provide me with a compelling reason(s) why I shouldn't buy this. Because, in the absence of any, I know I will be buying this within a year. I think of all the modern Rolexes, this is bar none, the best offering they have.
If gen, go for it, you can always flip it for close to what you bought it for if you buy smartly.
If rep, maybe wait for the "super rep" 116600 that is supposedly coming soon. In the meantime, just remove the cyclops on a rep 116610 and you are good to go.

Looks good. A PT 1680 is next on my list. Why did you age the insert and remove the pearl if the bezel insert is gen?
-
I think the primary reason for using the Miyota 8215 in this watch is because of the movement decoration.
-
21600 bph = 6 beats per sec. The gen CoAx movement = 7 beats per sec (25200 bph).

Im unsure weather to order Swiss ETA or Asian ETA at a price difference of $80? All information is good, thanks.
Get the Asian ETA.

I saw a post on another forum of a recently purchased Noob 42mm CrPO from Toro (Dec 2014) and it looked really good. Maybe try Toro?
-
Chrono 24 is the Wild West of watch selling. Wouldn't buy anything from any dealer on there that I haven't handled in person first.
Agreed. Hang out on this forum for a while and you realize how good some of the non gen watches are.
-
Thanks, I Agree, I do not get the beat to **** look. Why spend good money on parts and then destroy them. We have all seen plenty of vintage genuine pieces that are in excellent condition.
I second that. I prefer a "gently aged and restored" look over a "beat to ***" look.
-
Yep, they look too thin even without comparing next to the gen.

I like the watch but not enough that I would consider buying the Gen.
-
Beautiful.

The main issue I see on some of these is crooked hour markers. Get one with straight markers and you are set. I am not a huge fan of titanium watches but I might have to try one of these out, the size is perfect for me.

The dial ruins it for me.
