im not sure.I popped the back and the flywheel is not even spinning and when I hand wind the little gear(thats the techincal term) does not spin.Not sure what to make of it.

Yea the movement on mine has already taken a dump.Started out by not holding a power reserve for anything(less than 6hours).Then just the other day it stopped ticking.Am going to crack the back and give it a look-see.Let me ask anyone out there(I know i'm being lazy)what all movements could I replace this a7750 chrono with.I truly do not care if the chrono feature even works so would be willing to go with a non chrono movement if I could get it to work without a major overhall(hands change and whatnot).The case is 42.5x17 mm is that helps.

If someone were to claim the item and admit they new it was a rep and if a prosecutor were willing to take the case then yes.But that is way to many "ifs"for reality.Your safe,throw the letter away and send to a different address,preferably one that in a different state so it goes through a different import point.My first one went through chi-town,second time of the same item it went through nyc and no problem at all.Just am waiting for it to make to me now.will post pics once it makes it (gmt master II).

It is bronze.i'm going to do a patina job on it here soon with some liver of sulfur and will be sure to post the results.

Stray_cat beat to it.As he says WBK is great!I used to go with some td's non-conus(china)and the quality and shipping was hit or miss.Have no such issues with wbk.Service is fast,quality is top notch (imho)and price is right.He doesn't have everything other td's have but have yet to have him tell me he can't source something.A must for any conus hobbiest.

Thanks.I'm loving this watch.Yes the power reserve works.You can watch it increase with every winding motion.Once full the movement will run for 48+ hours too!Can't say i've had too many reps that last longer.

Yea toro is good about it as he knows about the issue going on in chi-town.I just had to email him a copy of the seizure letter,confirm new qc's and give him a different address and he sent another one.At least that was the procedure for me.Hope you get it all worked out.

Just got the Pam Bronzo,Went with WBK.Must say it was a great experience not having to mess with sourcing from China,what with the languge barrier and time difference and then the wait,oh the wait...Anyways WBK is CONUS and sourced the Bronzo for me.I know,I know this the the v1 that has the bezel marks off a bit but I loved the look of the watch and knew going in.Power reserve in this thing is great too.here are the pics.

Is this what you would call an issue?.Yep,just got it this past week.Item had been listed in tracking as "handed over to customs"for about a week when the letter arrived.Contacted the td(toro)and he had me send him a copy of the letter and once revieved sent me new qc pics and shot out another one.Had to give a different address though so went with a friend in another part of conus.as far away from chi-town as I could.A bit off topic but have read on here about some problems with toro as of late and have to say that I have had numerous trasactions with him and have never had an issue,even with this last customs issue he was always very good on comunications and rectifying the issue.Oh and the order that got nabbed by the feds was a one watch order,so their even getting them,shipping was ems but as you know that turns into usps priority once it hits state side.So if you are considering an order to try and play it safe contact your ol auntie out west and have it go there.Not saying that would be 100% or anything but sure beats the odds chi-town is offering right now.stay safe all.

PVD is black under normal light.Of course with the pvd its a shiny black but a black none the less.

Just got one of them from toro last week.Very happy with the purchase.Although when I ordered was told that the ocean racer strap was unavailable so had to go with the pro diver II.Just as well as I was able to find a ocean racer strap on ebay for 20 bucks.Here are some pics of the blackbird.,

Yea guys it looks like chi-town is bad news.I have a watch still showing "handed over to customs" in tracking info myself.The usual wait time for me once it hits customs is 1-2 days.By what I have read anything longer than 5-7 days and its pretty much a goner.Like hiker said though,i'm still crossing my fingers.Just am wondering how long I should wait before contacting the td to check on a replacement.Anyone had to deal with that issue and if so how long did the td want you to wait?
