  1. As is typical in my life as soon as I feel we have a little spare cash something comes along and breaks and needs this sorting, last time it was the central heating this time the wifes car haha aaarrrrrggghhh:-) I'm hoping to still get it as it seems a good price, if over the next few weeks I decide its a non starter I will gladly pass on contact details if anyone is interested, it seems a shame for this to be part exchanged and sold on by a dealer for a tidy profit! Seems at work at the moment I'm sorrounded by Breitlings. One colleague has two Navitimers and a titanium dual quartz beater which is quite nice but doesnt look worth the

  4. im sure someone mentioned making a dummy invoice for the repair of a watch, ie play it as if the watch was returned from the EU customer for repair, on inspection it was found to be in 100% working order, and returned without charge??? Dont know if thats 100% fool proof?
  5. the gen (white) dial is actually more a pearly off white creamy color in reality, i was quite shocked in the AD and asked to see the white dial version :-)

  7. Item No. 250210446919 I own the original and have my doubts over this one, logo doesnt look quite right and lack of AR, is it just the angle of the photo or is my hunch right?
  8. Hi Phaedo, I recently bought the PO 45mm after purchasing one as a gift for someone else. After seeing it in the flesh and comparing it to my rep UPO I wanted one bad. Since then I also bought a Seadweller and love that watch just as much, the weight of the whole watch and in particular the difference in the feel of the bracelet really sets it apart from the rep. I feel the biggest difference in owning the real mccoy is the confidence that goes with wearing the real watch in any situation. The PO is a great all round watch I feel pushed really close by the SFSO which I'm hoping to get sometime in 2008, both I feel are great watches that can be worn in casual and smart situations and not look out of place.
  9. I'm in for 1 possibly 2 - been waiting for this :-)
  10. cheers will do

  13. Hi guys we are looking to buy a nice watch for a guy at work who has had a real tough time of late and come through some real adversity. It has been put on my shoulders to sort this with a limited budget as im the person at work who has "nice expensive watches" obviously i havent told them i own replicas:-) our office has settled on the planet ocean as the guy conerned has commented on my watch before so we think this would be ideal. Only problem is the best deals seem to be ebay and i need to be 100% sure the watch i purchase is genuine. I have spotted one i like the look of that i think is genuine, can you comment? help is much appreciated - dont want to get this one wrong :-) Cheers Steven ebay id 110183407441
  14. disappointing that he told me on email that he QC's all watches before shipping. Obviously not. Im hoping that for a UK order, he has the watch shipped to him, QC checks it and then sends it on to the end user - whats the chances?
