You're over a complicating it . If you like it then why not? That's the thing with Pams you can changed the strap pretty easily so adding new leather is fun. The Radiomir 27/22 and these straps are not as common as the regular 24/24 or 24/22 variety. The thing is these Rads are quite dressy looking and a smarter strap would probably suit it better than a more heroic/ ammo type. Looking the sales section on Risti or try hktan

If they are as good as the 288 it will be great, I think the additional button add a little mystery to the watch, the 214 the 288 So the Chonograph text is replaced with Rattrapante which is way more interesting, but the biggest difference is the lack of the chapter rings which I think makes the 214 dial better, giving it a much cleaner smoother look . The Gen though seems to have a brown strap with red stitching , and though the straps on these are supposed to be great you may want to complete the look with some red stitches, I'd get the 214 if I had some $

Blimey we're a defensive bunch of puppies on here, she has point the younger generation of Y's and below rarely watches I know 2 company directors who are both watchless and mock my obsession, they all say my iPhone has the time. It's not until you have kids that time becomes that important , as for grammar ? some care & some don't and phone porn , I still have some numbers if anyone needs one
