  1. Just be aware that reps tend to be plated very thinly and the gold will quickly wear and become damaged.   Gold reps are not suitable for daily wear.

I think they are much better than they were , my Rolli and PO are still bright and shiny and they get worn well

  2. The 511 is a solid looking rep , torro has them for $198 which is a bargain

I also really like the 393, why Angus calls is a ladies watch is beyond me. I reckon he has lost sales through that silly categorisation. 42 probably works well on the 1950 cases .

But what I really really want is a 140 , Date Mag and Carbon fibre dial and indices not seen on many other pams , these Rock the gold IMHO , But no rep SADFACE

  3. The lug holes don't look too bad, however I will be drilling them out to 1.2mm. I'll be fitting the WSO gen-spec 2mm spring bars, they have polished end spring tips which is a nice touch.

Picked up the dial next door:

The lume actually had a slightly cool tint to it, not really vintage, so I stained it with tea and did the same to the Yuki handset to match. I also gave the dial a light dusting of matt varnish.

I was't happy with my first attempt at staining the lume on the hands, so had another bash at them.

Nice job , looks the business
