Kind of a lusted after one these a long time back in my more youthful days. Finally picked one up Not as dynamic now that I have hit the rep world but interesting non the less. Apparently it was a Bond watch once upon a time I haven't worn a quartz for a long time, its odd how the slow tick kind of looks more mechanical in its movement than a manual version. ST4

Watch is a trusty Andrew, strap HKtan, movement working fine and Dandy now did have to send it back for a service . I'm not sure if you can still get MBW versions I think they had much better straps. As for Quartz versions I'm not sure I think Hackr had a couple a while back they looked alright but I think the Date and mag was a bit wimpy. Have you seen a quartz version anywhere?

I wish I could pull this off, I think this is one of the most interesting reps that have come out in 2010. I reckon it will become a classic

I like it to, but I may tire of that badge after a while, I doubt you'll find a rep though

They are great watches ,but 2 things to consider; I think the first version was white dialed where as the newer versions are off white almost cream with white sub dials as per gen so be sure you get the version you want . Secondly and more importantly is the rep strap is poor, Brown is not a well copied colour when it comes to hornbacks so you might want to factor in $ for one. ST4

Panerai153 The watches are pretty similar the parts are probably the same.its up to you if you want the Marks on the Bezel. Either one will be a joy to own I'm sure, I'm much more keen on the 24a but that's because I've been lusting after that shiney deco bezel for ages. The lugs may be a tad of an issue if you're wanting an extra thick strap. I have this really thick Simona which I was hoping to put a Sub on and that may not be possible. We can only hope that somebody gets hold of one soon and post a nice review and doesn't feel to intimidated by people slagging off a perfectly nice watch and raining on their parade. Its a 320 dollar rep and DSN's are pretty good value as far as I can tell and given that there are no other choices let's just enjoy these offerings. Its really sad unless its perfect it should be considered unworthy and inferior. I joined RWG to play with Replica watches, its replica it comes with flaws its your choice how much they bother you as no one will care or know but you. I hope I can afford the 24a one day and I will be in no rush to get it modded and I will try not to let the party poopers get to me. If you get one I do hope you can post it up and let me know how it works for you. ST4
