  8. Welcome and what is this first rep to be aspartam?
  9. I had a similar issue with my IWC spitfire which also has a day date. I guess its the same 7750 movement I just changed the time slowly for over a 24hr time range. The day and date seem to slowly engage until it righted it self and I was then able to change it using the other method. hopefully yours will click in soon ST4
  10. Most Excellent Review Sir, and there goes another one on to the list of ones to buy. Will it ever stop??? Please keep up the good work ST4
  11. I had seen a few Gen GMT11c's and really just had to get one, kind of learning that sometimes " if you snooze, you loose" in this game, so I jumped on the 2nd batch of CHS's. But given yours and Freddy's Daytona's I see that I am now Missing a white faced Daytona, or any Daytona from my collection AGGGHHHHHH Yours looks awesome on leather, is that similar to the Josh 7750 version, I am a ludite when it comes to Daytona, so why is yours different to Freddy's version?.
  12. Screw Bars You can buy springs from River Just dont Rush or force it and you'll be fine
  13. Mondays should be GMT days from hence forth I know its early but this really is the Rep of the Year .........FACT RavishingRick...............you are really one lucky dude with that 027
  14. Holy Cow that looks pretty real enough, great shot of the stamp Damn those pesky rep factories ST4
  15. Firstly Welcome Secondly beware, the 127 is a fine watch, but its one big MoFo. 47mm is BIG so be prepared. If your used to that size of watch then all is good, but you may want to think about a 44mm first, there are mini fiddy's around. But none that matters as they are addictive, PAMs are the crack of watches , you'll soon be on your second, and then theres the straps................................ With your choices go with Pure time and get the mods as well , it has the better movement to. ST4
  16. Nice work Fish, I had to take my CG to a metalworker as I kept stuffing it up Next time I will just send it to you ST4
  17. Go Used and spend well Speedmaster Jumbo Tudor CARRERA Any of these are a long term investment and classic watches that will still run well and look great in years to come. That'll be my $0.02 ST4
  18. That Crown looks pretty good from where I am Choices are 1.) Gen from the Turkish Guy, though he does not seem to have S/S 2.) Palp, nearly as expensive as a Gen and just as rare 3.) DSN pretty good especially new sprung version 4.) Good 60 or poorer 48 toothed Rep version looks like you've got a good 60 so I'd stick with it. Where was the original watch from its looks very nice Enjoy ST4
  19. That is freakin cool as, luvin that lume shot with the Sec's at 6 SWEET ST4
