I know what you mean about Zenith movement, but my interest in these watches is not related to mechanics, but to "static aesthetics" (believe me, I know what I mean). I'd buy a good replica even if it was quartz or whatever, provided that it keeps reasonable good time, sort of.
Yes, I know it sounds a bit blasphemous in a forum like this one.
Am I the only one looking for a good Zenith El Primero Open replica? There's one in Narikka's photos, but I'm not convinced.
I'd better find a good replica before I do sth like spending a big amount and buying a gen. It's been three times this week that I surprised myself staring at it in the shop. Can't believe it... thousands of replicas available to be sent to me in a week, but none of them is that of my dreams.
Has anyone dealt with watchoose? Watch pictures look tempting, but as someone said before, they are likely to be gen pictures.
I contacted them for some enquiries and got good prices for several watches, along with some excuses like "that one is not in stock by now" when I asked for closer pictures for a Zenith.
I feel curious and suspicious.
As a newbie, I think I'm getting this weird illness about watches. Your fault!
