  1. Chris what you doing posting, should you not be on your honeymoon? How was the wedding?

Andy, no time for a honeymoon...I'm moving back to the states on the 25th of April!!! The wedding was wonderful, thank you for asking! I will post my Official Wedding Wrist Shot Extravaganza later today...look for it in the General Discussion area!

  2. Beautiful! The girl, not the manicure. :)

But I'm scared for her. I had my nails done for today's Wristchecks, yesterday. Didn't last even a day (smudged getting into the car). How is hers going to last for her WEDDING three days from now!!

She must be daintier than I. :p

...oh, kick-booty watch, obviously. Langes should proliferate in these Wristchecks.

Well, she's worried too! We have a back-up plan for Friday afternoon if something gets chipped etc. but it was a nice diversion from the stress of planning...we drive to Denmark in the morning!

As for the Lange, I agree that more people should wear them...however finding a nice Lange or Glash

  3. Today I wore my LV to the gym (no wristshot, I was in a hurry) and then headed out to meet kelster to hand deliver his new camera (Sony DSC-H7 I got for him at a great price) with this on:

    YUMMY AR SHOT!!!

I can't get over how nice this strap is...Micah is amazing! Here's another strap shot:

While I was waiting for kelster to get to the rendezvous point, I took some more shots of my tourbillon (who can meet a fellow RWG member, no matter the circumstances, and NOT bring a bunch of watches to have Show & Tell with?)...

    Check out the AR...beautiful!

Once kelster got there, we traded some great stories and caught up on whom was getting what watch from whom since the Brussels trip...it was a great time!

Here is a final shot...a wrist shot from the two of us, damn that's a nice Great White kelster!

  4. @Cronsell : I NEED one of these Homer Tourbillons to make my collection complete...

I'd love to see a wristshot of the black RG.

Pix...I don't have the black face, but here it is on the black strap...I think I'll wear it this way with my morning suit...very traditional! :euro:

  5. I love watches, and what I can afford to buy are replicas...but the love is for the watch itself. For me, this question needs some perspective. If I were in a situation where I could easily spend the money on a genuine and not sell a kidney, then I would buy a genuine. If this extra cash is expendable, get the genuine...if it's money you could really use to pay off a credit card or something, get the rep!!!
