I just tried to change the battery on my quart model and it's almost impossible to change it. I ended up breaking the watch. Does anyone know who has the best and most accurate model of the BR-01 (non quartz) I hear there is one that has the screws in the back like the original.
I just got the one in blue and it's gorgeous. I don't know about the date wheel but Corum is not a popular brand so you won't see too many gens around to compare it with. The blue is the perfect color to wear with jeans. It's real casual but beautiful as well. The strap and buckle are great as well.
I have a Pan Fiddy that I got awhile ago from King, I believe. I cracked the crystal and need a new one installed. Can anyone lead me to the right place? Any idea of pricing? Also I might get it coated at the same time.
Thanks
I have a fiddy that I think is the Russian movement but has the swan neck. I cracked the crystal and need to either have it repaired or get a crystal and replace it myself. The Zigmeister is out of service til 08. Any suggestions?
Thanks
That would work but I just took a big cardboard box and cut out two large squares on the sides and taped some heavy white plastic from a trash bag and light it from the sides. Works real well and cost less than a dollar.
