Where Is Sichuan Now?

We no longer see Sichuan being listed in the dealer section, I was just wondering if the mods have banned him from trading in here based on some of the reviews being posted recently. If anyone can answer that, I would certainly appreciate it. Thanks guys, and mods....

His dealer area is disabled, as he hasn't paid his fees. We were discussing a course of action, and will revisit it, when he again becomes a paid up dealer, or at least has contact.
