What Did i Do now?

Recommended Posts

I was just about to wear my favorite Fiddy out to dinner. I adjusted the the time by pulling the crown out and went to push the crown back in to wind the watch. When I pushed the crown back in I did not get the usual click and when I go to wind the watch the hands spin around as if it was stuck in the position to change the time.

When I go pull the crown out it no longer clicks.

The watch movement is a Swiss 6497.

Thanks

Thanks

I which I had an opener. Also the watch has stopped keeping time. I ca nsee the movement working and the second had moving but the main hands stopped moving. I guess this is because of the crown stem issue.

What you need to do is pull the crown out all the way and screw in the crown stem screw. It must have come loose.

Cheers~
