IWC CD Strap Replacements

I've done a reasonable search and can find no source for IWC CD blue rubber strap replacements. Mine is nearly torn in half at one of the holes and the unique configuration of the lug makes it nearly impossible, it seems to me, to replace the strap with anything but one just like the original.

I could find nothing on this topic using the search function.

Any help would be greatly appreciated because I really like this watch, but the strap is about to become non-functional.
