What I was wondering is that is there much difference in OEM deoployment straps (alligator) and say an after market one such as TWB or HKTan's ? Which one would be the one to go for should they both work out at a similiar price ? is OEM quality really that good (based on the strap guide posted on the old RWG) ? TomBombadil Posted March 20, 2006 Report Posted March 20, 2006 OEM quality is great. Comparing to the aftermarket is tough. There are some aftermarket straps that are better quality than OEM and others (most) that are not as good.
