paneristi Posted August 9, 2009 Report Share Posted August 9, 2009 Unfortunately, steam penetrated inside the casing during a hot bath but it is still in perfect working order. There was no water inside beside of steam.I have ask two local watchsmith but neither of them have a large enough tool to open the case in order to get rid of the steam inside. About a week ago, I noticed that the hands are corroded.Now I am undecided as of what to do with this DSN mm20. Either I sell it or I mod it. However, as you know modding is pretty expensive and I am not so sure if I can live with the gap between the crownguard and casing which can be seen in my pics. I am looking for a dlc mod by avitt and want to be completely satisfied with the watch. I am still awaiting a quote from Vac for doing some mods. I got this mm20 from Davidsen back in November last year when I joined this forum. There is a solid RXW backplate as well as a mainstream Davidsen strap included. I made additiional wholes with a drill bit so the finish isnt great. I wud consider to sell this watch for arround 150 pounds and prefer buyers from the Uk. if interested just send me a pm. Drulee Posted August 9, 2009 Report Share Posted August 9, 2009 The easiest way is to make sure they have been resized to, say around 800x600 pixels. Open up a PhotoBucket dot com account, upload the images there, press "Return to album", move your mouse over the image, a box will appear, click on the text that starts with "[image", highlight the entire text, then paste the complete text into your post. If this is too complicated, and I know it can be to some. PM me your email address and I'll arrange to put the pics on my PhotoBucket account and just send you the code to add to the post. Bingo, now you've got it.
