FxrAndy Posted August 9, 2009 Report Share Posted August 9, 2009 There should be no need to remove the bezel, it should be a case of pressing it back in, get a cheep press off the bay and use that to make sure you get it level and flat, I am assuming this was a dry water proof test? chefcook Posted August 9, 2009 Report Share Posted August 9, 2009 It depends on how your ex1 is constructed: If it is gen like and has a crystal gasket that is about 2.75mm high you'll have to remove the bezel. Same story as installing a crystal on a submariner: Stick the yrystal with gasket on the case, press the bezel OVER the crystal gasket combo.
