anics
Hey all So I just received my new B&R from Precious Time.... First of all I am new to both B&R and Precious Time and all I can say is WOW! I'm no stranger to high end watches super reps and gens, my collection includes AP's, Hublots, PAM's and gen rollies and Brietlings but there was something about the BR02 that drew me to it. It's very sporty but has cleaner lines than the HBB and even the AP. I had seen one in the window of a local AD and though I'd try out the rep. I ordered from Precious Time as I needed it via the UK into Spain. The communications were fast and efficient as was the entire service. It takes a while longer this route but is better in the long run I feel. I went for the nylon strap with a spare rubber as back up. The whole lot cost 284GBP. First impressions... Heavy, well constructed and smooth, very smooth. Tight well fitted pushers with heavy duty rubber guards. Nice Ar and a pretty decent lume. Date wheel is sunken but I knew that. That seems to be the only give away that I can tell.... The internal bezel is fun although it does seem to slip when you wear the watch. Not sure if I can stop that or not. It is tight though. It may be where the mechanism (the 3rd pusher on the left) rubs on my wrist and turns the bezel. Very, very comfortable! Amazingly comfortable. It curves around the wrist and is no effort to wear. Seems to be keeping good time (runs secs @ 3) Chrono works well and resets to 12. Only small issue is the date wheel slips a bit when changing the date. This may turn into a problem, or it may settle down. We'll see. Either way I'll get this one serviced as it's a keeper. Over all.... In my opinion it's better than my AP's and HBB's in terms of comfort. The Nylon strap is very comfortable as is the rubber. Not sure which one I like best although the feeling from my friends and Mrs is the rubber. Think I'll go nylon in the day and rubber at night:) I am now a B&R fan big time! Well worth the money! Okay on to the pics! Laters ANo idea what happened with the pics? More to enjoy I guess:) A

Steve52
Very nice watch! Hard to see the photos because they came through pretty large. I've been thinking of getting the non-chrono version. How large is your wrist? Wear it well!!!
anics
Yeah... I reduced the pics as well? No idea what happened there... sorry guys! My wrist size is about 20cm. They are big watches but the contour of them really follows the wrist. Very comfortable. One later point. I think the rubber strap is of lower quality than the original. It does not seem to be the same from the pics I have seen. Nylon is 1:1 and very comfortable. I may by a gen rubber strap. A
anics
Or a better rep strap?
Anakin14
I have a non-chrono version and I love it. Let me know if you find some place that sells a gen strap & the price. I've been wearing my rep strap for 6 mos and it's holding up fine. BTW - I would love to replace the dial and hands with gen items but I can't find anyplace that sells them.
