mingray Posted August 30, 2009 Author Report Share Posted August 30, 2009 (edited) Ok...bought some powder from Glow inc,very good v10 green and some blue ultra...mixed it up with some wood glue to try it,and it glows very well ,but again i just cannot get to mix right... it dries ok but if you rub it,it just turns to powder....any advice on what binder to use??.... clear nail varnish perhaps?....any excuse to raid the wifes cosmetics!
