315-16800-81 (you have an extra '1') is the correct Rolex part number for that insert.

You have a 16610 replication.

The 16800 is the older Submariner that had preceded the current 16610.

Bezel inserts for 16610 and 16800 are interchangable and the official part number is of little consequence if you have an SL pearl (and not tritium).

The WM9 is a good place to start for mods. And fairly easy to work with as well. One of the best choices for a modern Sub in my opinion...
