Loose Chrono Hands on Asian 7750

So I was doing a dial swap for the first time. Everything went well except the chrono hands seem to be very loose and just floating. It stays on the stems but they are very loose and just go with gravity... what did I do or how do I fix that?

Common problem. You have 3 options - replace the hands (& hope the replacements are better than the originals), have a watchmaker tighten the joint (requires a staking set) or epoxy the joint intersection
