I found this website that offered a curved strap that apparently to the owner fits the 20mm PO's. It uses some Instrumento tool to be able to perfect the fit and it looks OK. The tool offers 8 differnt positions for the lug pin so apparently pretty cool. They show a pretty cool tutorial on fitting the pins. Anyone tried one? The lug holes for the PO are drilled pretty close to the tips of the lugs, there may be a gap. As for orange topstitch, all you need is a permanent orange marker.
