Panerai 000 (Gen): Should I?

I have the opportunity to pick up a gen 000 (I think it is K series) from a SoCal AD for 3.8K.

Should I?

I am asking how much for the 005.

BTW, I need to mention that my friend does marketing for the AD and am getting me the employee price. Will probably come with an extra strap and other goodies.

Not sure if 3.8 K for a OOO is that great of a deal. I know it is new but for that price I would prefer a 112. Just my 2 cents

I almost got a K-series 000 from Paneristi for $2900... but I decided it's not a perfect time for me then..

I think a mint used 000 is a great deal...

Thanks guys. Considering discounts for PAM are not common I thought it was a good deal.

Got to agree with Tanya on this one, a 112 would be a better choice for me at that price. $3,800 is not bad for mint but consider the long-term collectability

If it was long term collectability then the lower number logos make sense not the much higher production 111/112. You can get 000 for 32-3500 all day right now though.
