Watches and watch winders?

Hi!

I'm soon going to have 5 reps, movements: 2xAsia 7750, 3xSwiss 2836. Currently I only have one (1x2836), and that's stored in a winder.

When I receive the others, should I buy another winder and store the watches in that? I'm wearing the watches often, and I'm going to like wear each for 1 day on a week.

Is it better to store them in a winder or no?

I had a 7750 asia once, which was stored in a winder, and started losing time, it lost like 15 mins each hour... Maybe it wasn't because of the winder, but I just want to make sure, I don't mess up anything with these watches.

Thanks for your responses:)

Also, my winder has 4 setups in timing, and 3 rotation methods (left, right, random), how to wind, what winding method you recommend?

A watch winder will not make the oil in the watch last longer, or make it go away sooner. A winder in merely for convenience.

As for rotation methods, certain movements only wind one direction! (7750??) Most wind in both directions. 800+ rotations per day are normally required to maintain a full wind.

while searching this forum for winder info I found a link to replicawatch info forum, where there is a manual how to wind the watches...

I cannot signup to that forum:( It's not sending the activation email to any of my email addresses.

Anyone has the info and can paste it here to rwg?
