How to renew this letters on the inner ring?

Hy Friends,

im quite new in the rep world and just got a watch wich has "broken" letters on the inner ring around the dial...

The word "TACHYMETRE" is broken.

Does anybody know if this is fixable?

My first reaction is contact the dealer you purchased the watch from as this is a QC issue. Some dealers provide excelent service and may be willing to send you a new dial. You could have your local watchmaker replace it.

Or you could try and use a decal(water slide) but because the underground is black you probably won't see the red print on the decal. Besides that you must have the knowledge to uncase a movement and have the right tools to do so.
