It had a missing pearl so I sent it back, and the guy was great about getting a new replacement out by return post. This arrived and on the 18th the new one's date advance failed. Sent it back, he confirmed receipt on 21st Sept and sent to his watchsmith. Followed up and got a response on the 5th and then the 15th Oct saying watchsmith pretty busy, then not heard anything else since. Anyone know if he's on holiday or something? Heard from him, have gorgeous watch back and a rep Mont Blanc pen by way of a sorry for the delay! Great guy, turns out he's been v busy prior to going off on another far east trip.
