I've been researching all the available case openers and my brain is spinning - there are SO many varieties!

I have the following reps:

Breitling (Bentley GT)

Omega (Speedmaster, PO, SMP, Double Eagle)

Pam (192 Tantalium)

Rolex (YM, Sub LV)

Tag (Link chrono)

I now want to adjust the acuracy of each of them. I need case openers of course.

Can anyone advise me of the best to get (within reasonable cost)?

Thanks for your help :victory:

I use these:

The one on the right was from Precious Time, the one in the middle was part of a kit from Narikaa and the one on the left was from tehBay.

The one on the right opens most backs, but if not, the one on the left will get it.

Hey Pugwash:

The 3rd one in your picture, have you ever gotten anything open with it? I bought that and it has been totally useless. Narikaa sent me a 'sticky ball' after I made the clear plastic PAM opener and it is the most useful and effective case opener I have in my collection. So simple and works perfectly with zero chance of scratches.

Three Rolexes, a Panerai (with display back!), an IWC and a few Omegas.

It must be a technique thing.

However, I'm in Thailand in a month or so and will be getting a sticky ball or two. :D

A blow up ball about 3 inches in diameter that has a sticky tenacity when pressed against things. Used to grip and turn case backs.

Don't suppose you can tell me where I can get one :)

Go to the dealers section - click on Narikaa - order a watch and ask for one. He has closed for right now as he is traveling but it will be back up in a few weeks.
