Site Slow

I don't think its me but this site loads soooooooooo sloooooooooooow it takes me so long to post and preview a pic. can this be upgraded somehow??

had some issues with posting replies...."website not found message" but seems to work fine now

For me too. Very slow. When first we came up I had no problems. In the past 2 weeks, it has been noticebly slower.
