ck5533
Hi folks, I have a vintage Tudor 7928 dial & ETA 2824 with engraved on the rotor ready to mount. Looking for case that fit this 27mm dial. Tudor & Rolex are sharing similar case at some point. Therefore, can anyone recommend which Rolex case will fit the bill. Personally, I like the vintage models of Rolex cases, but will that fit my dial? Thanks in advance CK
freddy333
The 7928 uses the same basic case as the Rolex Sub, so any case made to fit a gen Rolex Sub dial should work. However, I am not sure of the dimensions of the Rolex 390 used in the 7928. Generally, just about any movement can be made to fit any case (of similar design) if you are willing to spend the time, effort & money to do the work (alot of grinding/polishing/test-fitting/grinding/polishing/test-fitting/grinding/polishing/test-fitting, etc). You might check with 1 of the case sellers like NDtrading or Yuki.
