andreww
Check out this Chrono Avenger I found on ebay. It certainly looks genuine, but something is very wrong with this one! Can anybody else spot it?
Bike Mike
The polished rider tabs. You can Very easily take a serial number call the Tourneau's he purchased it from and have them verify they did in fact sell this watch.
andreww
The polished rider tabs. Close, but there are some more obvious issues than that
yodap
I'd say the Skyland bezel isn't quite alright
Bike Mike
Close, but there are some more obvious issues than that Wow for some reason the polished rider tabs stuck out more the numbers on the bezel, because I know Ti and Ti does not polish like that. Guess I have just trained myself to see the tiniest of details.
ChipSlap
Lack of stencil-style numbers?
andreww
I'd say the Skyland bezel isn't quite alright I knew you'd spot it mate. Seems at some point he probably blinged out the ti bezel. At some point he likely wanted to switch back but couldn't find one, so he threw on s skyland bezel. Also looks like someone snapped off the end of the second hand! He doesn't mention any of this in the ad though.
yodap
Yes, or maybe the bezel just got damaged somehow... But I'd be quite disappointed if Breitling didn't had replacement parts for the older models (the CA ain't that old imo though). Or he just thought it looks better this way, did some 'facelift' huh? We'll never know... Good spot on the sec hand btw! Greetz.
