The chapter ring exclamation dial is the only thing carrying that piece. The rest of it is pretty shot, and the bracelet is wrong.

I saw a much nicer 5508 get auctioned in NYC a couple summers ago

Yes JoJo, I seem to remember that 5508 very well...it had a nice feel to it, and was sure a nice piece, not as nice as the company at dinner though.
