Are the 45mm Black/White UPOs "fixed" yet?

regarding the lettering at the 6 o'clock position being too close to the 6 on the 45mm black/white UPO, are these dials fixed yet? Who sells the best ones re: trustywatchguy/puretime/precioustime/etc?? Friend is interested and I don't want to steer him wrong... Thanks!

Ok I've been reading a few things lately and now I'm confused. I thought the current UPO couldn't take gen parts. I thought that only the old rare Planet Ocean v4 took gen parts.
