This should be an easy fix for any watchsmith. The lock screw for the stem may have become loose. If you are able open the case try to tighten the screw that hold the stem in place.

Service for one of these movements cost about $100 usd. These are very reliable movements when services correctly.

I'll defer to the experts with expert opinions, but it would seem like your stem is too short or the keyless is mangled. I would get a long stem, remove the other one, insert the longer stem to see if it winds with the longer stem. May be a quick and dirty solution. If not, send to your friendly neighborhood watchsmith....
