sneed12 Posted January 30, 2010 Report Posted January 30, 2010 Got everything back together, and then managed to scratch the dial with my tweezers while Rodico'ing the dust off... what's the best way to repair/minimize scratches in a glossy black dial?
highoeyazmuhudee Posted January 30, 2010 Report Posted January 30, 2010 Well i wouldnt use rodico on a gloss dial as i find it leaves residue you cant remove later. I dont believe thers anything you can do to make it look better without stripping and repainting. I clean dials using an air duster first and a micro fiber cloth with some isopropanol on the tip for stubborn particulate. Also try a small soft makeup concealer brush
