gran Posted February 11, 2010 Report Posted February 11, 2010 no beach going for HBB obviously you can use on the beach...you can go sailing on a sunny day...even ice fishing....it is just that actually going into the water with a replica is seldom a good idea
plaifender Posted February 11, 2010 Report Posted February 11, 2010 It would be an interesting test... Even with grease though.. i'm doubtful of whether a rep hublot would be sealed enough to pass an even 3 or 4 bar pressure test... anyone ever gotten theirs tested?
RLudlowe Posted February 11, 2010 Report Posted February 11, 2010 With chrono pushers, a stem, case openings and crystals front and back, I doubt you could get it past 2 atmos. Too many points of entry. As long as it's not under pressure, in the rain or something, it would probably be OK.
