-Custom Dial (Copper Plated Distressed and sealed)

-Custom black lettering and black distressed paint on dial

-Swiss Lume Yellow Green and White mix (with resin indexes)

-Copper plated hands (painted black distressed cracked and missing lume)

-Custom buckle (Solid Brass with stamped Number 8 and GPF)

-Custom Strap

-High Dome Plexi

-Custom Thick Caseback

-Generic Highbeat 6497 for accuracy (lubed and regulated)

-All gaskets and seals lubed

Did it myself. A friend gave me some cooper plating solution.

I just put it in the solution and ad electrical current.

I always admire work like this. Congratulations. Are you going to "vintagize" the case a little? I think a little bit too new for the dial/hands.......Beauty!

It's a custom made thick caseback. I high polished the sides and brushed the back.

Thanks,Daily wear and tear should vintagize the case. I have a hard time scratching denting a case that took me hours to handfile and polish.

Do you mind if I ask what state you reside in? I am looking for a Southern California source for electoplating solutions and chemicals. Having them shipped nearly doubles the price of the stuff due to Hazmat
