gplracer Posted February 17, 2010 Report Share Posted February 17, 2010 I guess there must be some variation in where the holes are drilled on DW cases. I am having a time getting the band back on. Does anyone every sand the end pieces slightly or make the holes bigger or any other adjustment to help in such a case. freddy333 Posted February 17, 2010 Report Share Posted February 17, 2010 If you are having trouble installing a gen bracelet, then I would sand the inside faces of the lugs since DW cases (like all aftermarket parts) are made with little or no QC. If you are trying to fit an aftermarket bracelet, then I would sand/file/grind the sides of the end links to make them fit. Be careful not to remove too much metal too quickly, or you could end up with spaces between the end links & case. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
