i have no idea but it looks old its looks like a pilots/military watch take a look at wernersflyinwatches.com to see similar watches look at the pilots watch section they have some reproduction watch with similar styling!

I like the idea that you know The Boss. He seems to wear some really nice watches seen him with a couple of IWC pilots watches, Rolex, Frank Muller, B&R sigh if only I had his money

It does make sense that it is a pilots watch with the oversize winder
