No this isn't an UPO this one. Not sure which version it is, but it's not the best PO I've seen. I would recommend going for a UPO as a base if you want to add genuine parts, the finished article will be much better

That looks like a POrikka .. the $100 USD 42mm PO from Narikaa dealer. It might be my imagination but it does not look very large .. and the 45.5 UPO looks ***big***
