On the date font alone that is the V3 BCE

you know, if you wanted to know what version it was you could have asked. It is a V3. This dial is black with the silver subdials. This watch has the correct date font as well as the "tick" on the 10. It is a very accurate version.

Also gen bezels are $600 or so. Best to buy a rep one or a used gen if you really want to replace the bezel.
