Does Rolex not make a blue sub?

Sorry to necropost. But i've had my bee in a bonnet about blue subs lately. 

I really would like a go at that ASian Blue sub with Nipples!

 

I've 2 nipple dials (gen) and i was wondering if anyone could suggest how i could turn them into the above! Or below:

I've 3! One NOS that i'm preserving for a 16803/8 That hopefully will find its way to me some day. Another that has a slight blemish but is otherwise gorgeous. And a last one that has been refinished prior to my ownership but still very pretty - unfortunately it was refinished to "1000 ft" instead. I'm considering using one of the latter 2. 

Does anyone whom i can go to, to get it modified to look like the above?

Post up some pics--it should be simple enough to build one using a 1680 case... the dial is the only hard part to get. Swiss ETA 2846, cartel or MBW 1680 case, blue bezel insert for a tudor sub and you're done.

But don't i need to rhodium plate the markers and coronet? And how bout turning the words into silver? The guy who found the dial - his had white gold/ss markers with words in gold? But the AQ one was white gold/ss all round...
