6152 Spring Bar Mod

I replaced the strap screws on my 6152 with spring bar screws that I modded by rounding off the screw head. It was an easy mod that looks nice

But isn't one side thicker than the other?

I am still looking for a solution to make both ends thick - any suggestions?

Yes it is. It's better, but not perfect

I don't think so.

You would have to drill out the lug hole at lot first (a lot), but if you take off the nipple at the end (which I am sure was your idea) they will look too short.

VDB has made some that look awesome but I don't know how they did it ...
