Omega Seamaster 300, gen dial?

Hi,

For this Seamaster 300 (with Date), does this genuine dial fits? If it does, will the date look crooked or anything? If it doesn't look crooked, should I invest in a ETA DW too?

Also, is it possible to resize this wire mesh band?

The date window is located too far towards the middle of the dial on the rep.

Switching the dial probably will not guarantee that the date wheel will be centered correctly in the gen dial.

The bracelet your looking at can certainly be adjusted at the clasp to fit most wrist sizes.

It says in the description that the bracelet can be adjusted from 155-160 mm.
