  1. Hi guys, I'm going to Bangkok in a few days time, for around 3 days. I was wondering what are the places of interest there? And at the same time, I would like see rep watches (if there are any good ones there? I haven't been on the rep scene for awhile..). I'm also interested in looking for some RL polos (big pony or small pony). What shopping malls/places should I go to find them? Another thing is, I have a spoiled SEIKO watch (auto movement) which I would like to repair. Should I repair it there? Any trustworthy watch smith there?
  2. Well I'm not really sure. I remembered seeing a member saying the crystal with AR he sells was shipped to that particular member without AR. And the bond SMP bezel is ok-ok, not the best aftermarket one.
  3. Hey guys, which is the best IWC Mark XV/XVI rep? If I remembered correctly, the Mark XV has 2 dial variation. One with a inner circle in it, and another, not. Which is the best version? I think the white dial is pretty nice but black seems more minimalistic. Any advice? Also, is the colour of white off?
  4. What's the best IWC Mark XV rep? And what are the flaws too?

  5. Yeah.. He sells aftermarket stuff. Members bought from him SMP Bond aftermarket bezels.
  6. Date window too far out, dial is not liquid metal, pearl is real bad, HE valve in the wrong position. Lol.
  7. To be honest - it looks PLAIN ugly.
  8. http://www.watchestobuy.com/images/OmegaSpeedmasterThreeMoonb.JPG Is there even such a watch!?
  9. Hi brother, thanks a lot for your reply! I know this is stupid but, could you measure your wrist using a ruler? Not the usual method of using that flexible tape, but, just a ruler across your wrist. Only the top. I would like to know, seeing the fit just fits your nicely.. Thanks in advance!
  10. Hi guys, I'm currently looking at the Hublot Big Bang King 48MM from Andrew with Asian ETA 2829-2 movement and it's calling my name! But upon seeing it's 48MM, I frown. It seems LARGE. Does it wear larger than the Planet Ocean 45MM? I'm having the impression that 48MM is from the crown horizontally to the opposite side (which makes it 48MM, since both side are large.) Can anyone measure them for me (if you do own one)? Diagonally and horizontally (from the crown).. Also, from the top lug to the bottom lug (if you get what I mean..). Last but not least, 1. Is the Asian ETA 2829-2 a reliable movement? 2. Are there many major flaws in this watch? http://www.trustywatchguy.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=279_292&products_id=4445&zenid=f429a0bbf1ce99b9b1ea2e45afa03187
  11. There are TONS of G-Shock reps in Singapore, Bugis Street. It's like Canal St. for you guys, except there's some original stuff here. They can be found for like $8 SGD (around $4 USD). No box no nothing. Just the watch.
  12. Hi guys! Is this the limited edition one - or the black PVD one? If you Googled 'TAG Heuer Calibre 1', all the images look like the PVD one (or probably just the lighting). So am I right to say that, there is a limited edition one, and a normal Calibre 1? Also, anyone tried this watch with a SS bracelet? How does it look? TIA!
  13. Hi, For this Seamaster 300 (with Date), does this genuine dial fits? If it does, will the date look crooked or anything? If it doesn't look crooked, should I invest in a ETA DW too? Also, is it possible to resize this wire mesh band?
  14. Have anyone bought from Andrew this Seamaster before? Can you guys comment on this SeamasteR? http://www.trustywatchguy.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=35_66&products_id=26 From the pictures, the bezel colour looks abit lighter than the gen. Aside from the CGs and HE valve position, what is the mistakes of this rep? Is the lume colour correct? How is the waves on the dial? I'm planning to get this and Mary's SMP, then swap over the crystal, bracelet, bezel and dial to Mary's SMP.
  15. I think he meant the chronograph version.
  16. Only 18mm/20mm will fit, am I right?
  17. Hi guys, Is there any rubber straps (the ones for the UPOs) that fits a SMP? (Also fits the 42mm PO) This is the SMP I'm talking about -
