Angelus 240 movement questions

Hello everyone. This is my first time posting in this section. I am usually in the Rolex section. Can someone give me the background on the Angelus 240 movement or point me to place that has all of the information. Also, what should I look for when trying to find one?

To be honest I am not the best to answer this but if I do then hopefully it will encourage others to post....

My understanding is that some are basically the same but generally variations arise with alarm function and winding positions..
