Genuine Retaining Rings and Bezels

I was hoping someone would be able to tell me how I would be able to tell if a retaining ring and bezel assembly was genuine for the 5513 or 1680. I see many of the on eBay but am really hesitant to spend the money on something and not know. I was also wondering about how much on would cost. Thanks!!!

A complete bezel assembly (ring, washer and bezel with insert) would cost around $750.00 on the secondary market.

I bought a new issue bezel, washer and ring for $275.00 2.5 years ago.

Thanks for the reply. That is what I was afraid of. My main concern is having to fit a bezel insert. I hate modding a genuine insert to fir the bezel. Has anyone used the bezel assembly from NDT? Could I fit that assembly on my MBW with a genuine crystal and will a genuine insert just snap in? Thanks!!!
